The concept of this collection was inspired by what it means to be human: imperfect. With this idea of “imperfection”, I started exploring the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi which finds beauty in imperfection. I decided to use denim, and hemp denim as my main fabric because I believe its imperfection can result quite beautifully.
